Almost two years ago now I started my venture to design a ring, and have since proposed and gotten married. We’re just getting around to getting it soldered, because she never wants to be without the ring!
Jason worked with me to make my vision come to reality and was always very professional and courteous making sure I got exactly what I wanted. My wife constantly gets compliments on how beautiful her ring looked as an engagement ring and now with the added wedding ring on top of it, it is truly special and unique. As an added bonus she gets to talk about how I got to design it special for her (obviously with help from the experts!).

We worked with Jackie Ringoen to complete my wedding ring and create my husband's wedding band. We wanted a complicated design that incorporated nature with tree branches, a small frog and emerald nodes. Her work was spectacular! If you need anything nature inspired, Jackie is the one! We could not be happier with how our rings turned out!

I had a wide range of experiences with this business. The owner has always been great. The Jewelers ranged widely from being wonderful to frustrating. Some of the Jewelers did a fantastic job and produced beautiful work. Others did not listen to me and produced pieces that diverged very greatly from my drawings and specific instructions. For example, one time I commissioned chubby bezel stud earrings (similar to Anne Sportun style) and provided several photographs and drawings, and a detailed written description, with dimensions. Much time and effort was invested in making the instructions extremely clear. Instead the jeweler produced flat sheet bezels and wanted me to pay for them. After it was clear that the jeweler did not want to redo the earrings I simply wanted to take the stones back (which I had provided). The jeweler did not want to give them back to me (even though they were my stones). Overall, due to several incidences like this, I stopped going to this store.

I would definitely recommend Jewelers Workshop for any custom work you want to have done. I am absolutely in love with my engagement ring! The staff is extremely knowledgable, kind, and engaging. They work with you to get your piece just how you want it. Not to mention, their turnaround time is absolutely incredible! I look forward to working with Jewelers Workshop again.
